We know how much your dog loves to run around outside and soak up the sun. Pets at Stonybrook have access to walks along our garden pathways, and a dog run is also available with plenty of grassy space for them to unleash their energy. Pet Waste Stations are provided throughout the grounds to ensure a mess-free environment and an easy experience for you and your pets, allowing you to spend as much quality time together as possible.

Spacious Living Accommodations

Our floor plans include both one-bedroom and two-bedroom options, and either of them is sure to offer your pets plenty of space to lounge around. We know how important it is to have a well-balanced life, which is why we know how much your pets will enjoy having the space to relax after an exhausting day spent chasing butterflies and meeting other animals.

They Are Treated Like Family Too

At a pet-friendly community like Stonybrook, pets are sure to meet new friends. Many people in our apartments, including us, will love your pets as much as you do because we know they are part of the family too. This is why we are careful to provide the care they need with our pet policy, which includes the following regulations:

  • Pets can weigh up to 50 pounds.
  • We have breed restrictions due to size and behavior traits.
  • Cats are allowed.
  • Other small pets, such as hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, etc., are allowed as long as they are caged and kept in a sanitary condition.
  • All pets must be registered with the management team.

We know your pets will love Stonybrook as much as we love them! They are truly part of the family, which is why we work hard to pamper them with fun outdoor activities, spacious living accommodations, and lots of love.
